All our properties are listed on Intus' bespoke and fully-interactive website, as well as on the UK's largest property portals Rightmove and Zoopla. Additionally, within our web-based lettings software systems we have a large tenant database, which means our properties are instantly matched with potential tenants.


We conduct property viewings with prospective tenants at a convenient time for them, and this includes evenings and weekends.


Once a potential tenant has been sourced, we carry out a comprehensive referencing process which is designed to minimise risk and ensure the suitability of the tenant. We'll even approach previous landlords to establish that previous tenancies have been conducted in a satisfactory manner where applicable.

Legal Contracts and Requirements

After the relevant reference checks have been completed, we will then create all legal contracts and paperwork; tenancy agreements, deposit contracts and inventories. We'll make sure you adhere to your property's legal requirements and latest legalisations, and will obtain any relevant safety certificates.


Throughout this process, we will also offer you free personalised and impartial advice on which landlord insurance would be best for you, to ensure maximum protection for both you and your property.
